The three-day workshop (from October 11-13) was led by Dr. Debra Kneser (a senior lecturer at the University of Wisconsin - Oshkosh); and Dr. Kevin Niemi (Director of Outreach Programs at the Wisconsin Institute for Science Education and Community Engagement from the University of Wisconsin - Madison) elicited practical exercises in knowledge exchange; procedures and courses development; classroom management measures; as well as active learning strategies.
